Without changing the thermal paste, you won't get much better thermals. My PS3 was around the 70°C range with no dust inside at all (amazing after 10 years.) As time goes on, the thermal paste dries up and is less effective at cooling. It lasts up to 7 years at most and that's when it typically degrades. This may seem a very logical precaution for a lot of people but make sure that you dont have warranty left on your ps3 before taking it apart for proper cleaning.
