If survivors fire three-shot bullets into a zombie, zombie usually don't falls immediately and zombies don't disappear instantly. I don't understand whether zombies have died or not immediately. My only suggestion (as with all Steam games) is to right-click L4D2 in your Steam Library, go to Properties, Local Files, then Verify Integrity of Game Files. This should download any missing files and repair any that have been changed. ive already tried that and it doesnt work. thanks tho. Guessing here.
