Both endings nullify the efforts you put into the game. Setting up the next game vs. concluding a story satisfactorily are not mutually exclusive, but in this case they didn't put much effort into making the ending of 5 satisfying. Bad ending - it's the bad ending so I understand it. No issues there.
Originally posted by Eisberg: There is another ending that doesn't have the nukes. Don't arrest Joesph Seed at the beginning of the game. Yes, we know about that. Endings are: 1. allow crazy cult to kidnap and murder people. 2. allow crazy cult to kidnap and murder people and kill your allies.
**SPOILERS BELOW**This is the final part in IGN's walkthrough for the story missions of Far Cry 3 - the "bad" ending, where you choose to join Citra and kill
Far Cry 5 low fps drops. Far Cry 5. Pc specs : AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Rtx 2060 6GB 2x8GB 3200 RAM. I’ve been recently playing FC5 on my pc at 1080p ultra settings. I thought with this system, it should run fc5 at ultra 1080p above 60fps just fine. But whenever i go to take an outpost or going to a new area in the story line fps dips to 52 or 50 range.
The nuclear ending is a hallucination. That is my head-canon, and I'm sticking to it. The dude dumps 50 gallons of bliss on the ground before the fight, so nothing you see can be trusted. Also, at the very end in Dutch's bunker, the American flag is replaced with the cult flag, that Joseph presumably pulled straight out of his ass.
In Far Cry 5, this bummer ending doesn't really work, mostly because neither the cult leaders nor the cult itself really work. The nukes went off but I didn't feel their impact.
